Mrs R is in the maturity date development stage. She has a encyclopedism disability so is cognitively impaired. Physically Mrs R is everyplaceweight, suffers from epilepsy and is waiver through the menopause, this overly has an mad impact ascribable to move hormone levels. Socially she has a very active and grumpy lifestyle, attends college, day centre, horse riding, as well as socialising, and on a regular basis sees her family whom she is close too. She can at times appear to introduction signs of attention seeking behaviour.\nFreud has a psychodynamic theory of disposition and it is base on the fact that the personality has 3 let downs, the id, the ego and the superego and that these 3 part ar in continual conflict, but call for to be in accordance to maintain a florid personality.\nHe describes the id as world biological and in the unconscious(p) part of the personality, he believes it operates on the Ëœpleasure principle. The ego he describes as the Ëœreality principle, this part is mainly conscious. This part tries to get the balance between what is socially appropriate while at the same time stressful to satisfy the hopes of the id.\nFreud believes that the superego represents the part of the personality that has developed from our parental nurture and social environment. That it is our morals, values and our mother wit of right and wrong, so would be in contradiction to the id. lots feelings of anxiety and guilt are due to the superego being over dominant. According to Freuds theory Mrs Rs id could be dominating, and this could be the reason for her being overweight, she could be giving into her desire to eat, allowing her id to rule.
